Who You Are:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Possess prior experience in a call center or operations coordination role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have experience liaising with insurance companies and a clear understanding of securing payment guarantees.
- Excel in communication, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
